Grand County School District Legal Notice - Budget and Proposed Tax Rate Hearing

In accordance with Section 53G-7-303 and 59- 2-912 Utah Code Annotated, the Grand County School District will hold a public budget hearing on Wednesday June 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Grand County School District Office,
located at 264 South 400 East, Moab, Utah. This budget and tax hearing will include a revision of the 2024-2025 budget and the adoption of the 2025-2026 budget and the proposed setting of the 2025-2026 tax rate. A copy of the proposed budget and tax rate is on file in the office of the Business Administrator. It is also available on the School District website https://www.grandschools.org/. The public is invited to attend this budget and tax rate hearing.

Notice of Public Hearing

 

As provided by law, the Board of Education of the Grand County School District will hold a public hearing at 5:15 p.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 264 South 400 East, Moab, Utah, to Amend the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022 budget.  Online attendance will also be available for the public hearings.  Please contact the District Office one business day in advance of the meeting for online attendance instructions at: (435) 259-5317

A copy of the Amended Fiscal Year Ending 2022 budget is available and on file in the Office of the Business Administrator for public inspection and may be examined by any person interested, and discussed at the said meeting to which all persons are invited. A copy of the amended budget is also available on the district website: www.grandschools.org.
