Question: Why does some of the functionality of GradeBook not work right or at all? Answer: You need to use the most current version of Internet Explorer. To see what version you are using just click on Help and then About. It should be version 5.5 or higher. If you do not have version 5.5 or higher, please go to Microsoft's website and download the latest version. You can be directed there by clicking on the following link. Click here for the latest version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer.
Question: Is there a manual for the Student Information System? Answer: Yes, go to http://sis2000.usoe.k12.ut.us/
Question: Why does my account get locked? Answer: If you enter the password incorrectly three times, the system will lock the account for 15 minutes.
Question: How do I get a user ID and password to see my child's attendance? Answer: The school where your child attends will provide that information to you.
Question: After entering my SIS User ID and Password, why am I taken directly to the "Logout" Page? Answer: Usually it means that you or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) like AOL, Earthlink, and XMission is preventing pop-up windows. Most popup blockers will allow you to use the "Ctrl" key to get past this. Try holding down the "Ctrl" key while clicking. If that does not work, and will not allow the popup window to open then proceed with the next few steps. To get past this problem, first logon to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as usual. Then minimize that window. Next, open Internet Explorer and go to the website http://sis.grand.k12.ut.us/ and login with your User ID and Password. This should take care of the login problem for you.
