James Calkins, one of our High School Teachers, has been following Microsoft Dreamspark for quite sometime. Recently he noted that this program has been opened to High School students across the country. Previously, this site was only available to college level access only.

This is a great opportunity for our High School students to access software that is usually very costly. These are professional grade software packages that can help prepare students for the future.

To obtain a license, students will need to email a request to dreamspark@grandschools.org with their name and student ID number. A response will then be sent back to their in-school email account. This license key is a link to the Dreamspark.com site that will allow students to download the available Microsoft product(s).

The Dreamspark.com site states: DreamSpark High School provides professional level development and design tools to students enrolled in an accredited, secondary educational institutions at no charge.
