March 17, 2010 at 5:00 pm
Agenda: Financial Status - Focus Voted Leeway Options*
At 6:00 pm the Board will hold a BUDGET HEARING followed by the Regular Board Meeting.
Executive Session will be held after the Regular Board Meeting to Discuss Legal and Personnel Items.
*NOTE: Financial Status Topics for Discussion and Planning include
- updates on financial information;
- property sales updates;
- determining priorities in Restoring the District to its previous level of services as new revenues
become available; and,
- establishing tax levies with community groups for the June 2010 Voted Leeway election in conjunction with desired use of Truth in
Taxation.
**NOTE: “Catch Up” Meetings are informal information sessions presented by Superintendent Hopkin to review
information with
employees and the public regarding District financial events from Sept. 2009 through
Dec. 2009.
Anyone who missed meetings or wants clarification is encouraged to attend.
***Optional Activities: In compliance with Utah’s Open Meeting Law, no more than two Board members may be
present at
these meetings.
